Beautiful looking but
It is a beautiful looking stove but...stove top is hard to keep clean, oven takes for ever to preheat and the convection oven takes forever to bake anything. I just don't use it because the timing is so different from regular oven baking. But the worse thing is when I use the oven the front edge of the cooktop and anything sitting on the back of the cooktop gets very hot. I have to keep the gra...

Minor suggestions: the red line marker on the knobs to stand out more to make it easier to notice, and eliminate the groove between the glass and frame because it collects dirt and somewhat hard to clean. Other than these, very happy so far.

Almost burnt my townhouse down
I bought the Kitchenaid YKFEG500ESS a few years back at the start of COVID. I have had issues with the burner knobs with one being not installed properly and the other breaking completely due to the cheap plastic inside. Yesterday, while heating up water for pasta the burner switch essentially caught fire. I'm very disappointed in this oven range.

Consistent baking

AquaLift does not work
I bought this range in October of 2022. We have not had any occasions to use the oven-cleaning feature. However, recently, we have been baking pizza on the middle rack without using a pan, as the pizza instructions recommended. As a result, there has been some drippings in the bottom of the oven. So we decided to use the AquaLift cleaning feature, which turned out to be useless. It did absolutely nothing. KitchenAid recommends repeating the water procedure, but it also proved ineffective. So, it is back to getting down on my knees and manually cleaning the oven. So much for KitchenAid innovations! Also one of the big burners on the cooktop is not heating to the end of the coil.

Nice range
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have not had this range for very long yet but it has performed well so far and has nice features. I like the looks and finish also. The only thing I have found so far that I do not like about this appliance is the bottom drawer. It is really shallow and is pretty thin metal, is cheaply made compared to the rest of the oven. Feels out of place to me on this range since it's use is super limited. Like storing some oven mitts and a couple flat baking sheets... that is about it.

No operating instructions but great stove
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had my stove almost 2 months and I'm very happy with it's performance. However, it was frustrating to have to go tothe Kitchenaide website to find operating instructions for the stove. No information was provided with the stove on the use if the cleaning cycle and the special convection functions on the appliance. I had to print the pages from the website to avoid waiting for a manual to be mailed. Very disappointing. In addition, it cost 50% more to get the appliance in white. Why?

Works well and looks good
(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) Bought a couple of month's ago and so far pleased. Like there are two dual front elements. Only negative is the timer... the sound is not loud or long enough. Only beeps once so if you are in another room it is very easy to miss. This should absolutely be changed.

Works perfect!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We did a remodel and wanted upper end consumer appliances. After looking at LG etc… we decided on kitchen aid appliances. We haven’t used too many times, but it cooked perfectly, when we did. Get yourself the kit for cleaning the glass top to keep it looking new.
